To change the settings, click Settings in the top right corner of the Quintura window and make proper adjustments.

Yes, you can save the link to your cloud and share it with your friends by using commands on the top right pane (Save this cloud, for example).
What should I do if some of my query symbols are dropped after I send it?
Enclose your query in quotation marks. This should help.
Why large words might be further distanced from the query words than small words?
There are lots of factors affecting the distribution of words inside a cloud. The fact is each mapped word is related not only to your query words but also to other keywords. So each relation is taken into account while positioning a word.
